1. Scope

These Terms of Use govern the use of the mobile application “Numeris” (hereinafter “App”), provided by Qorvano° — Dustin Dondrup (hereinafter “Provider”).

By installing and using the App, you agree to these Terms of Use.

2. Description of Services

Numeris is a calculator app with three modes:

• Basic — Standard calculations
• Scientific — Scientific functions (trigonometry, logarithms, etc.)
• Graphing — 2D function graphs and 3D surface plots

The App is available in a free basic version. Advanced features (unlimited graphing) can be unlocked through a one-time in-app purchase.

3. Free Use and In-App Purchases

3.1 Free Version

The free version includes all Basic and Scientific functions as well as a limited number of function graphs in Graphing mode.

3.2 Premium Unlock

A one-time in-app purchase removes the graphing limitation. The purchase is permanently linked to your Apple ID or Google account and can be restored upon reinstallation.

3.3 Pricing and Processing

Current prices are displayed in the respective app store. All transactions are processed exclusively through Apple (App Store) or Google (Play Store). The purchase terms of the respective store operator apply.

4. Intellectual Property

All rights to the App, including design, code, graphics, and text, belong to the Provider. The App may not be copied, decompiled, modified, or redistributed.

5. Disclaimer

5.1 Calculation Results

The App serves as a tool for mathematical calculations. The Provider makes no warranty regarding the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of calculation results for any particular purpose.

The App does not replace professional mathematical software and should not be used as the sole basis for decisions where erroneous calculations could lead to harm.

5.2 Availability

The Provider strives to provide the App without interruption but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

5.3 Limitation of Liability

The Provider’s liability is limited — to the extent permitted by law — to cases of intent and gross negligence.

6. Changes to Terms of Use

The Provider reserves the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. The current version is always available at www.qorvano.com/numeris/terms. Users will be notified within the App of any material changes.

7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

The laws of the Federal Republic of Germany apply. The place of jurisdiction, to the extent permitted by law, is the Provider’s registered office.
