Last updated: April 17, 2026
1. Controller

2. Overview — what this site does and does not do
This website is designed to process as little data as possible. Concretely that means:
- No tracking. No analytics, no heatmaps, no fingerprinting.
- No marketing cookies. This site sets no cookies that enable advertising or cross-site recognition.
- No external fonts or scripts. All fonts, icons and scripts are served directly from qorvano.com. No requests are made to external content-delivery networks.
- No accounts. This website offers no registration, no login, no personalised areas.
That said, technically necessary data is generated whenever a website is called. These are described below.
3. Hosting and server logs
This website is hosted by IONOS SE:
IONOS SE Elgendorfer Str. 57 56410 Montabaur Germany
When you visit the website, the web server automatically processes access logs (“server logs”) containing:
- the anonymised IP address of the requesting device (the final octets are shortened by the Caddy web server and IONOS)
- date and time of the request
- URL requested
- amount of data transferred
- HTTP status code
- user-agent string (browser type and operating system)
- referrer URL, where applicable
Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (legitimate interest in operational security and abuse prevention).
Retention: Server logs are deleted automatically after a maximum of 14 days unless a concrete security incident requires longer retention.
A data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR with IONOS is in place.
4. SSL/TLS encryption
This website is served exclusively over encrypted HTTPS. Any unencrypted HTTP request is redirected to HTTPS by the web server. Certificates are obtained automatically through Let’s Encrypt.
5. Contact via email
When you email us at info@qorvano.com, your message and any contact details you provide are stored for the purpose of processing your request and for follow-up communication.
- Purpose: answering your request.
- Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR (performance of pre-contractual / contractual relations) or Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (legitimate interest in functioning business communication).
- Retention: as long as the request requires; afterwards deletion or archival according to statutory retention periods (e.g. §§ 147 AO, 257 HGB).
- Disclosure: your message will not be shared with third parties unless strictly required for processing (e.g. through a contracted service provider under a data processing agreement).
6. Cookies and local storage
This website sets no cookies. It also makes no use of Local Storage or Session Storage to store user data.
Full details are in the Cookie Notice.
7. Fonts and icons
Typefaces (Manrope, Inter) are served exclusively from qorvano.com itself. No external font services such as Google Fonts or Adobe Fonts are called. Icons are delivered as static SVG files directly with the page.
8. External embeds
This website embeds no external content — no videos, social-media buttons, map services or comment systems. No requests are made to third parties when you visit our pages.
Links to external sites (e.g. App Store, Google Play, statutory references) only open after you click them. Once you’re on an external site, that site’s privacy policy applies.
9. Your rights as a data subject
Under the GDPR you have the following rights:
- Access (Art. 15): you may request information about the data stored about you.
- Rectification (Art. 16): incorrect data will be corrected on request.
- Erasure (Art. 17): “right to be forgotten” — data will be deleted unless retention obligations apply.
- Restriction of processing (Art. 18): in certain cases you may request that your data is only processed in a restricted way.
- Data portability (Art. 20): you may receive your data in a structured, commonly used format.
- Objection (Art. 21): you may object to processing for reasons relating to your particular situation.
- Withdrawal of consent (Art. 7 (3)): consent given can be withdrawn at any time with effect for the future.
- Complaint to a supervisory authority (Art. 77): in particular in the Member State of your habitual residence, place of work or place of the alleged infringement.
An email to info@qorvano.com is enough to exercise your rights.
