End User License Agreement for the Numeris app.

1. License Grant

Qorvano° — Dustin Dondrup (“Licensor”) grants you (“End User”) a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app “Numeris” on devices that you own or control, in accordance with the terms of the respective app store (Apple App Store or Google Play Store).

2. Usage Restrictions

You may not:

  • a) License, sell, rent, lend, or otherwise transfer the App to third parties
  • b) Decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, or extract the source code
  • c) Copy (except for backup purposes), modify, or create derivative works
  • d) Attempt to remove or circumvent technical protection measures
  • e) Use the App in any manner that violates applicable law

3. Intellectual Property

The App, including all content, functionality, designs, and underlying code, is protected by copyright and is the property of the Licensor. This EULA does not grant you ownership of the App, but merely a limited right of use.

4. In-App Purchases

The App offers optional in-app purchases to unlock advanced features. All purchases are processed through the respective app store. Refunds are governed by Apple’s or Google’s refund policies.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED “AS IS.” THE LICENSOR MAKES NO WARRANTIES REGARDING THE APP’S ERROR-FREE OPERATION, UNINTERRUPTED AVAILABILITY, OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

In particular, the Licensor assumes no liability for:

  • The accuracy of mathematical calculations or graphical representations
  • Data loss due to app uninstallation or device malfunction
  • Damages arising from the use or inability to use the App

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Licensor’s total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the App.

7. Termination

This license is effective until terminated. Your rights under this license will terminate automatically if you breach any of the provisions of this EULA. Upon termination, you must delete the App and all copies.

8. Third-Party Terms

Use of the App is additionally subject to the terms of the respective app store:

In the event of a conflict between this EULA and the store terms, the store terms shall prevail.

9. Severability

If any provision of this EULA is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

10. Governing Law

The laws of the Federal Republic of Germany shall apply.
