Effective: May 2026 Provider: Qorvano° — Dustin Dondrup, Pastor-Hoffmann-Straße 20, 48301 Nottuln, Germany Contact: info@qorvano.com · +49 174 976 1123 VAT ID: DE422040107
These Terms of Use are written in English. The contract between you and the Provider is concluded in English. The Provider does not store the contract text; we recommend that you save your PayPal order confirmation, the entitlement page and these Terms.
1. Scope
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern the use of the application “Lineon” in all variants — iOS, Android and the web app at https://lineon.qorvano.com/ — provided by Qorvano° — Dustin Dondrup (“Provider”).
By installing, opening or using Lineon, and in particular by clicking the “Buy PDF Export” button on the web variant, you accept these Terms.
2. Description of Services
Lineon turns a photo into a printable build guide for a string-art piece. The guide is delivered as a PDF with cover, materials list, 1:1 nail-layout diagram and a wrap-by-wrap table.
The variant determines the pricing model:
- Native (iOS, Android): one-time PDF export or lifetime unlock via in-app purchase processed by Apple or Google.
- Web (
lineon.qorvano.com): pay-per-original-image via PayPal, with a 72-hour re-export window (max. 5 exports per paid image).
3. Pricing and Payment
3.1 Native: in-app purchases
Through Apple In-App Purchase or Google Play Billing the app offers two products:
- Single PDF export (consumable): unlocks one PDF download.
- Lifetime unlock (non-consumable): unlimited PDF exports for the lifetime of the app store account. Restorable on reinstall via “Restore purchases”.
Current prices are shown in the respective app store. Transactions are processed exclusively by Apple or Google. The store operator’s purchase terms apply additionally.
3.2 Web: pay-per-image via PayPal
On the web variant you pay per original image. All prices stated on lineon.qorvano.com are total prices in euro and include 19 % German VAT. Payment is processed exclusively by PayPal (Europe) S.à r.l. et Cie, S.C.A., Luxembourg.
The current price is € 2.99 per original image (€ 2.51 net + € 0.48 VAT) and is shown again on the buy button before the click. There are no shipping or delivery costs.
3.3 Re-export window
After a successful payment you may re-export the PDF for the same original image up to five times within 72 hours of purchase. The window is bound to the content of the original image (an HMAC-SHA-256 fingerprint), not to an account or a cookie. Within the 72 hours you can adjust crop, configuration and board size as often as you like — as long as you re-upload the same original image, the existing entitlement is recognised.
After the 72-hour window, the entitlement lapses and a new payment is required for further exports of the same image.
Lifetime is not offered on web. We cannot guarantee long-term availability of the web variant — for ongoing use, the native app with lifetime unlock is the right choice.
4. Conclusion of Contract (Web)
The presentation of the price on the buy button is not a binding offer. By clicking “Buy PDF Export 2,99 €” and confirming payment in the PayPal dialog you submit a binding offer to purchase. The contract is concluded once PayPal confirms the successful capture of the payment to the Provider. The PayPal capture confirmation, together with the entitlement page shown immediately afterwards, serves as the order confirmation. No additional confirmation email is sent (the Provider does not store your email address).
5. Right of Withdrawal — Web Variant {#withdrawal}
5.1 Withdrawal Notice
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day of conclusion of the contract.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform the Provider (Qorvano° — Dustin Dondrup, Pastor-Hoffmann-Straße 20, 48301 Nottuln, Germany; email: info@qorvano.com; phone: +49 174 976 1123) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or email). You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not obligatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
5.2 Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you, without undue delay and not later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction (i.e. via PayPal); in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.
5.3 Premature expiration of the right of withdrawal — § 356 (5) BGB
Lineon delivers the PDF build guide as a digital good immediately after a successful payment.
Pursuant to § 356 (5) BGB and Article 16 (m) of Directive 2011/83/EU, the right of withdrawal expires for a contract over the supply of digital content not on a tangible medium if
- (a) the consumer has expressly consented to the contract beginning to be performed before the withdrawal period has expired,
- (b) the consumer has acknowledged that, by giving such consent, they thereby lose their right of withdrawal once contract performance begins, and
- (c) the Provider has provided the consumer with confirmation of the contract on a durable medium.
Before the buy button you must therefore tick a check box stating: “I expressly request that the PDF be made available immediately after payment and acknowledge that my right of withdrawal is forfeited upon delivery.” Without this confirmation the buy button stays disabled. The PayPal capture confirmation together with these Terms (which we recommend you save) serve as the durable medium under (c).
5.4 Model Withdrawal Form
(complete and return this form only if you wish to withdraw from the contract — and only if § 5.3 does not already apply)

I/We () hereby give notice that I/We () withdraw from my/our (*) contract for the supply of the following digital content: Lineon PDF Export

5.5 Goodwill refunds
Even where the right of withdrawal has expired under § 5.3, the Provider grants a goodwill refund for legitimate complaints — for example, if a technical fault prevents export of the PDF you paid for, or if the build guide is materially incomplete. Refunds are issued via PayPal within seven business days. Please write to support@qorvano.com with the PayPal order ID and a short description of the problem.
6. Statutory Warranty
The statutory provisions on warranty for digital products (§§ 327 ff. BGB) apply. If the build guide deviates materially from the description in these Terms, you are entitled to subsequent performance and, where appropriate, to a price reduction or termination of the contract.
To report a defect, please contact support@qorvano.com with the PayPal order ID and a description of the issue.
The Provider gives no commercial warranty beyond these statutory rights.
7. Intellectual Property
All rights to Lineon — including design, source code, algorithms, graphics and text — belong to the Provider. The app may not be copied, decompiled, modified or redistributed.
Generated build guides (PDF output) and the finished string-art pieces you make from them are yours. You may use them privately and commercially, including selling the finished works.
8. Disclaimer
8.1 Calculation results and print quality
The app is a tool for computing a string-art build guide. The Provider makes no warranty regarding the suitability of the result for a specific photo, board size or material. The look of the finished piece depends substantially on photo choice, board size, thread material and the craft of execution.
8.2 Availability
The Provider strives to keep the app available without interruption. No service-level agreement is given for the web variant — maintenance windows, temporary outages or a permanent shutdown of the web variant are possible. Already-paid images remain accessible via re-export within the 72-hour window; after that window the entitlement lapses.
8.3 Limitation of Liability
The Provider’s liability is limited — to the extent permitted by law — to cases of intent and gross negligence. For breaches of essential contractual duties (“Kardinalpflichten”), liability is limited to typical, foreseeable damage. The maximum total liability is in any case capped at the amount you paid for the relevant variant.
This limitation does not apply to liability for damages resulting from injury to life, body or health, nor to mandatory liability under the German Product Liability Act (“Produkthaftungsgesetz”), nor to damages caused by gross negligence or intent.
9. Your Obligations
You agree to use Lineon only with images you have the rights to or that are in the public domain. The Provider assumes no liability for copyright infringements caused by images you upload.
10. Changes to These Terms
The Provider reserves the right to modify these Terms with effect for the future. The current version is always available at https://qorvano.com/en/lineon/terms. Material changes are notified to native users in the app and to web users on the next visit. Already-concluded contracts are not retroactively affected.
11. Online Dispute Resolution (ODR)
The European Commission provides an online platform for dispute resolution between consumers and traders, available at:
https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr
Our email for ODR-related correspondence is info@qorvano.com.
12. Consumer Arbitration (VSBG)
The Provider is not obliged and does not voluntarily participate in dispute-resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration body within the meaning of § 36 of the German Act on Alternative Dispute Resolution in Consumer Matters (VSBG).
13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
The laws of the Federal Republic of Germany apply, excluding the UN Convention on the International Sale of Goods. If you are a consumer with habitual residence in another EU Member State, the mandatory consumer-protection provisions of that state remain unaffected. The place of jurisdiction, to the extent permitted by law, is the Provider’s registered office.
14. Severability
Should individual provisions of these Terms be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall not be affected.
